All prospective tenants are required to complete our application process. This allows
us to maintain a personal as well as professional relationship throughout the term of
the contract.

We have the ability to determine the amount and type of advertising necessary for each client to ensure occupancy for each individual property.

We believe that a preventative maintenance program can lower and stabilize operating costs. We encourage our property owners and/or tenants to call and inform us of any potential as well as current problems. We use only trusted, qualified maintenance personnel ensuring every repair is complete and costs are kept to a minimum.

We have a dedicated emergency phone number that is available to all of our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We inspect our properties on a regular basis to ensure they are properly maintained and cared for.

We provide quarterly as well as year end financial statements to our property owners to assure they are well informed of all financial activity

We collect all payments in a timely manner and have an effective follow-up and collections process in place if needed.
